Xing Xong Hong Kong

Succeded with my second single person dinner! It is confirmed that I can live alone.

Todays: Chinese wok with Norwegian salmon, healthy vegetables, and of course oyster sauce. (It takes fifteen minutes to make this course. Five minutes to do the wok, and ten more minutes to wait for the rice to cook. You simply can't go wrong. ;-) )
